I have back issues. Are there any booths or just all straight back chairs without cushions

It is all tables. But the seats are very comfortable

There aren't any booths, but the chairs have cushions.

There were no booths nor do I remember cushions on the backs of chairs on the 12th floor restaurant..there are cushioned couches on the 11TH floor deck

I’ve had 5 back surgeries and the chairs were comfortable enough for me and I usually have to sit in a booth as well.
