I was just approved to start receiving unemployment benefits but now the system is holding my pay under the assumption that I want to appeal my income amount. I never appealed though. Can anyone help with my issue please?

I started calling at 9:05 a.m. and was told by the automated system that the line was experiencing longer than normal call volumes. I'll try again tomorrow though. I thought that this issue may have been common.... Thanks!
