I am needing to personally go to the office in Boston to straight out a ridiculous situation I am asking if anybody understands or knows how long of a wait it is if I get down there to be able to speak to somebody

Does anyone know when the Boston office is going to open I had a check mailed back there for over $4,000 and I have yet to receive it and it's been 5 months now because nobody is in the mail office at the Boston location does anyone know when it will reopen

You cant go into any office. They are all closed. You can only call.
