I called in my weekly tele claim 4 times in the last 3 days and all 3 times at the end the robot tells me there having technical difficulties with my claim
Is happening to anyone else? And how can I fix it.

It has not happened to me. Maybe there phone system is down. Have you tried doing it online instead?
