i have been waiting nine weeks now for some form of payment on my unemployment claim. Someone over there should be going to jail for stealing our tax money and pretending to be working there at MAUUI . When i call there it sounds like music blasting , everyone taking to each other, just having a good ole time for themselves ! I waytched the holidays go by and had no money. Nine weeks to wait for help is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Been waiting 10 weeks and nothing yet. I have sold many of my belongings trying to keep bills paid and food on the table. Can't afford my medications needed for my kidneys and liver functioning properly. It is obvious that they don't care because they have jobs, food,medications and their bills are paid. Not right and noone to help any of us. Inhumane

Would be nice to have updates on my home page instead of out dated messages that say my claim is pending for issues that need to be resolved. Calling in many times the last 2 weeks, have got through a few times, each time the rep tells me something different, it is in process due to the new employer not responding to their questionnaire which wasn't mailed out for a couple of weeks after I filed and that was 3/7/21!!! It is now 5/9/21 !! and that new employer had until 4/20/21 to respond, and if he didn't, they would process my claim based on the info I provided and the info my old employer provided. Then another rep tells me to not have the employer send it in at this point and another rep says to have the employer send it in. The employer never even got it. I'm using my credit card to buy groceries.. Does MA UI cover my credit card interest rate, how much longer do I have to wait, what the heck are other people doing to pay their bills while at MA UI's mercy?

Calling the call center is hit of miss. Its absolutely aggravating trying to reach someone to have your call automatically dropped. My first claim was fine, easy BUT then came the FRAUD!! Now it is ridiculous, I was denied benefits after already having a previous claim due to COVID and now another due to COVID because the image of my license and social security card was "ineligible". - My paperwork and images were absolutely legible, and they were time also sensitive. So, as of today...I still cant get through to an operator. My advice would be Keep Trying to reach someone or if you can Go There! Do NOT mail anything

I’ve been waiting since may 5,2021 for a decision on weather or not I’m denied or accepted for benefits! Every time I call, they say, they’re waiting on the judicator to make the decision. This is beyond frustrating! I have sold many things and have had to borrow money from friends just to pay bills and keep food on the table for myself and my daughter, my 2 dogs and 2 cats 😭

So sorry to hear that my husband just got his and we've been waiting almost a year.they give you the run around they keep asking for the same thing over and over and keep sending it to them.5 months ago they said he was alset to keep checking his card for payment lol he pretty much through his hands in the air they called last week and said for the 100th time they need proof of address.were like we sent it in so many times.she said that's what's holding it up ten min later she calls back and says he's alset she found it.Dont know what the hell is going on over there.But I will tell you don't do anything electronic have them send you every letter in the mail to you and make sure every piece of paper you send them has your name and claim # and number them like 1of 5. /2of 5 and so on and dbl check the department it's supposed to go to claims department or verification dept.
