Has the rent increased around $40 every year?

We just got a notice that our bottom apartment is going up $70.00 per month.

Thanks, it's gone up $40 for this year and I'm wondering if it's usually that much

I live at Sandy Lane Apartments for me it's only gone up about $20 a year
