You need to contact the DMV and see what you need to do. Awhile ago they helped people that had tickets so they could get their license back.
You will have to show or provide documentation that vehicle violations have been corrected, then have inspected by law enforcement officer sign off the tickets, take corrected violations to dmv, there may be fines involved you may have to go traffic court in the jurisdiction which the tickets were given and take documentation from the court to the dmv .
