what should I do if I tried calling, i cannot get an appt and I even tried in person to get my real id and have not been able to have anyone help me there?? My license expires in a few weeks on my birthday! I am so frustrated! HELP

You should visit DMV web site. Follow real ID instructions. Upload documents as they need. You will get a confirm number. Now you can go DMV reception desk, no line and no appointment need.
