It depends on the tastes of your daughters. The restaurant is intimate, upscale, are serves more authentic Italian dishes. If they have a bit more mature tastes, they should be fine. Just make sure you have a reservation.
It's a great special occasion restaurant. The emphasis is on excellent, authentic Italian food. Might not be the greatest for small children (they might get bored and cranky) but, if your girls like good food, you (and they) won't be disappointed.

The restaurant itself is not impressive (surroundings wise) but it it is quite the experience. The foods presentation is fantastic our was hit and miss flavor wise) but it would be a fun night out since it is more upscale than anything around
