I live nearby and purchase many plants, trees, shrubs. Recently bought a mature Sylvester Palm. It is stunning. Dropped it in the ground today.

2 months ago they have serviced my palm lights as some of the lights did not worked. They have installed these lights a few years ago for 20k. We have paid for the service call! They worked for a few days. I called again and have made appointment to look the lights again. They never showed up or never called. When I called they apologized and ask to reschedule. When my office reconfirmed my new appointment they told us I do not have an appointment. I called and told them this is unprofessional as this is the second time. They assured me they will be out the next day between 8-9am. Then they called and canceled the appointment as they said the system is old (they installed it) but do not wish to reimburse the service call fee! When asked for the owner they refused to give name or contact informations which is against the federal laws! Please stay as far as possible from this company as I’m contacting the office of attorney general of Florida as well the IRS for investigation on this company. If you do not wish to have a headache with your palm light service hire another company!
