Call the office as there is no set price for any apartment here. Every extra costs a more, and everything is considered extra.
I'm not 100 % sure call the office directly they can help you with prices , let me tell you one thing the office people are great apts are nice & the rent is cheaper on second floor & they charge extra for lake view ask a lot of questions & the rent is cheap compared to other places !!!
