Back 9 is in terrible shape. Fairrways and greens a lot of pitting and bare spots. Front 9 decent.

I'm sorry but I cant answer that because I only ride through there on my adult trike. It is beautiful in there ,nice and shady with trees. Wouldn't mind living there myself.

Does BB allow dogs? We have two dogs, one is 25 lbs, the other is 45 lbs. Both are 10 years old and well behaved.
