Yeah, Dave and buster's have cake, but only in slices. I brought a cake, they put it in the fridge, and brought it out with the candles lit.
If you book a birthday party there then yes. If you just walk in for dinner, then I'd ask first.
I mean, if you're celebrating a birthday then bringing a cake should be fine anywhere.
