these people are the rudest and nastiest people that I have ever encountered. I do not know why NHPD would utilize a company that has no professionaliam. The woman at the front desk has no class or professionalism at all. She yells at her customers as if she's right. They took ownership of my car after it was totaled in an accident and told me they would turn my plates in and never did(my fault for believing them)They do people dirty and at this point does not need to be in business that requires them to interact with people especially with the City. Their interaction with their customers are despicable and then they lie right in your face. I'm not sure who owns this business but it's sad and disgusting that they allow someone with no respect for people to run their front desk.
