I am new to Oakleaf/Jacksonville. The last 3 times I have been in this Home Depot only the self-check out lines are open forcing you to use them. Is this just poor managment at this store or is it a new Home Depot policy going to self checkou?

As previously posted my LAST 3 times there were no checkouts open in the front...now maybe in the garden center or the lumber yard but not in the front. Those of you who have had no problems...kudos to you. Must have been your lucky day!! For me? I see it as a poorly managed store that obviously has no intentions of changing.

I am not aware of a policy change. I have always had a cashier when I needes one.
