I love nurse Torres! She is the best! She said she is the only one left, because of the way thangs are being ran. Also call these people back to work or fire them. But the teams back together because all the messages I left her she didn't get, I waited over a hour trying to get meds. Get ret of the contractors you hired to take messages!

Possibly the worst ER in all of DOD . Consistently terrible wait times unfriendly staff. They purposely move slow so you’ll leave .

You dont. You get it from the county you live in. Usually through tax collectors office or the vital statistics office.
If you were born at NAS, the mother must file it under the county she resides in at the time. For NAS, its duval, but the state should have records of it anyway.
Can prescriptions be dropped off, and picked up later as part of the same day service?
Waited 6 hours in the ER and still had not been seen. decided to leave because no one was doing anything, but standing around. Waste of my time! They do not take any situation seriously.

At hospital today, and no flu shots were avalable. Clinic staff said they did not know when they would be available.
