As a driver I followed directions (received in app while @staging area SFO) &drove 2airport 2 receive requests along the way. 3 times in a row I received a request from a no-show rider I naturally had to cancel as such yet lost my qeue-place!

What's the question? If the person was a no show you get a cancellation payment. So uber sees it and yes you back to last in line.
