Uber Driver refused to pick up a person on a wheelchair. After he learn I am on wheelchair Driver cancel my trip and charged my $5 for it. How do you recommend I proceed with this uber issue?

You should contact Uber to be refunded and voice your dissatisfaction about the incident.

All you can do is write them and reverse the charges.
