After googling the hours I found it says it varies depending on location. Since there are many locations throughout RI,,I suggest you call the one you Usually frequent.
I believe that are closed on Thanksgiving.
For a short time to in the morning & hours differ for each location. This is also true for McDonald's & Starbucks locations. I called them last night. Good luck and have a happy holiday.
