I have been going to this Panera for years and I have never had worse experience than i did tonight. As a memeber of thd law enforcement community, I have never experienced any form of discrimination until tonight. The of disdain made me very uncomfortable from the cashier to the servers. I normally eat inside the restaurant but tonight I felt very easy so I just retrieved my food and left. When I opened the bag, the sandwich was just thrown together, no mayo, no lettuce, no pickle on the side and an apple. I tried to salvage what I could of the sandwich but I was frustrated I want back to speak to "Cindy" the Manger. She was very professional and very sympathetic to the event and refunded my money. As a member of the law enforcement community, I have never experienced such treatment and even though the Manger tried to make good, the has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will recommend this establishment, nor will go there in the future.

Ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken and got it without chicken. Paid for chicken, but no chicken. Salad was delicious! I didn’t even realize until after I left that there was no chicken!
