Why does no one know how to answer the phone!? Ive called this location 4 times in the last 2 days and no one answers the phone? How can i place an order for pick up for travelers for a larger group, when no one answers the phone!?

In my experience, the Starbucks inside grocery stores, such as this one, are understaffed, and the lone barista manning the store when I was there was too busy making drinks to answer the phone... That said, there should be always at least two people on staff, imho...

Phone orders are too stressful for me as a customer to do

Unless the store is temporarily closed for remodeling they should answer. If you have the app on your phone then you could order that way just load up enough money or use your stars. I used up 875 stars in one day for a large order so it does work that way yet they took a long time preparing the order.

Im talking about the northgate starbucks, not the one in safeway... They have plenty of baristas that can answer a phone and multitask youd think..?
