The staff has all types of safety precautions at Carabiners. I don't directly know the answer but I can say any accident that did occur happened because people used equipment the wrong way. Pay attention to your belayer and everything should be fine.

The staff is well trained, which means the customers are well trained, and as a customer, i know we help out by keeping an eye out for anyone doing something unsafe... it's in everyone's best interest to help, support, educate, and be vigilant.
