Best environment you could ask for in a gym. Inviting and help people everywhere.

Awesome. Had a good time. Wish there were more workers so we could've climbed more besides doing the auto belay. Good time, great workout. Woke up sore the next morning.

They’ve stopped updating the routes. From what I understand the owner is too cheap to pay staff to do the job.

Great spot, workers are welcoming and helpful. The people who frequent Carabiners are awesome, always friendly and make the experience even better. Totally worth a membership!

We've been taking our son since he was 8, and he's good. We mostly stay on the bouldering walls though, so there may be age/weight requirements for the harnesses.
Yes. Climbing day passes include use of the gym facilities.
The staff has all types of safety precautions at Carabiners. I don't directly know the answer but I can say any accident that did occur happened because people used equipment the wrong way. Pay attention to your belayer and everything should be fine.
First time goers are free. You just need to complete a form when you get there. After that, i believe prices with equipment included are 20 per person

I have seen very young kids climbing. They have helmets for kids and a kids' climbing wall.
Check them out on-line for hours and fitness schedule
I know there are memberships and you can buy a pass for the day. That allows you to go eat lunch and be able to come back and continue climbing
