these guys are very knowledgeable and honest I broke my key and the chip fell out of the key and my car wouldn't start. I went to see these guys and they told me that the chip was not in the key any longer and it was going to be at least $205 for a regular key and then if I wanted the key like the one I had to control my alarm system that was another $165 I believe and they had to order that one. but they would come the next day and give me a regular key with the chip in it and reprogram my car for $205 you cannot beat that! but after inspecting my key the key man told me I needed to find the chip which I did have at home. I just didn't know it was a chip until it was shown to me. I came home and put the chip in my key and don't you know my car started right up. I love these guys! I would give them 10 stars if I could. very honest they could have just told me they needed to come fix my car and made some money. instead they were honest and I will give them a great review for it and anytime I ever need a key that's where I'm going !

They are professionals at locks and keys; none better. But the customer service was a bit standoffish and curt; which can sometimes happen when professionals forget that you don't know what they know. Getting short with customers leaves a bad impression. Get better at it, or find someone else to work the front.
