I guess when you call to file a complaint you can't because no one ever answers the phone..nor do they call you back.. second week in a row my trash has not been picked up on regular trash day.. service is horrible

Absolute trash at their job. Didn’t think stopping house to house and putting blue barrel in big blue truck was a complicated task. Would rather pay for trash then use their free service

Recently purchased a house in Plymouth and I've been trying to get ABC Disposal to remove their bins used by the previous owners from my property since 8/1, but they keep missing the pickup and rescheduling to the next week. I asked if they could make an exception and pick up their bins today as they missed yesterday and they said "no". This interaction makes sense based on their already poor reviews.

Extremely poor customer service. Just a terrible experience trying to work to correct a problem. Missed scheduled pickups for 5 consecutive weeks on a business account, I had to hire someone to come get the trash. No call backs, promises not kept. Finally just canceled service and they even made that an exercise in frustration.

I work for ABC ,not in that department , but I work for them. As for your question why it did not get picked up it could be a couple reasons. One, it's possible the truck on your route could have broken down, And by the time they got another truck out there to do the route he could have been too far behind to catch up. Or if they just sent a different driver out to finish that route that day he may not have known all the stops and missed. It's also possible they had an alternate driver doing that route that day, And same scenario, he may not have known the complete route properly. On behalf of the company, My apologies.
