Lots of sales on basic needs items all the time. Prices are cheaper and better quality.
Their grocery prices are in line with S&S, Market Basket,etc. I find their Nature Place section more reasonable than Whole Foods. They also have bulk items that don't require a membership fee making them more reasonable than BJ'S and Costco
Equally competitive... it is always the specials as well that make a difference. Very clean as well.
Wegman's also has their own brand, and those items are of very good quality and priced competitively.
