The campground is open for camping. Some sites are closed. I took a ride through Fish Camp the other day and every other site is closed. There are also a few closed sites in the 200's and 300's.

Definitely open, definitely busy. Water is mud colored but safe.

Yes it's open, but sometimes crowded and there's no lifeguard on duty.
