Yes you can get fresh water in a lot of places throughtout the park

There are multiple public water spigots located throughout the park and 2 pump out stations. Go to www.bound4burlingame.com and look at their colored/scalable campground map. Easy to read, and it shows the locations of water. They also have videos of every campsite within the park. It was voluntarily created by campers, not the state or park.
Yes, we fill our water tank on our way to our site, but make sure you have your own hose b/c sometimes there is a short cut off rubber hose attached to the nozzle.
