That place is a GOLD MINE!!Too bad it's not clean and the food comes out Nasty!! It's a shame they don't clean up in the restaurant. But think you can go to Blue Ridge and find the fast food any better (except for Wendy's). McDonald's in BR is FILTHY and the service HORRIBLE. We will NEVER go back there!!
Always cold and nasty. I ordered two Chicken Fillet sanwiches, yesterday freshly cooked. I GOT THEM HOME AND THEY WERE HARD RUBBERY. I COULD KICK MYSELF FOR NOT CHECKING THE ORDER BEFORE I LEFT.
I agree, nothing unusual for hardees. In this case you should have returned your burger and asked for a new one. The staff typically do not care the condition of the product. They will serve whatever they have.
