I believe that individuals can come here, they have a little "store" area designed for individuals.
The Food Bank only distributes food to food pantries and meal sites across the state. Individuals looking for food assistance would go to those locations to receive food. Visit their website and the button "Find Food" at the top will show you all the places in your area.
