Bad service is the first time I send with this company and my box has been 6 weeks and I don't know what happens I call and they don't give me information one tells me one thing and the next day another, I don't recommend sending through this company for what you pay is a terrible service

I am giving 1 stars to this awful business but deserves none. Only gave one star to be able to post. Shipped a box with Christmas gifts for loved ones. When it arrived, box was missing pretty much all the items of value, pretty much all new things such as purses, perfumes, undergarments, hair straighteners etc. list goes on. Paid insurance for it and was simply told by rude women and man we would not be reimbursed for almost $600 worth of things because they claimed they delivered as shipped. This left many underprivileged children and families with no Christmas presents. Shame on this place for calling themselves a business. Don’t ship through this place.
