Is this typical? I ordered a grilled veggie sub. When I got to work and opened the wrapping what I got was a sub roll filled with lettuce, tomato, cheese and uncooked green peppers. No grilled veggies. I paid $9.00 for that? Never again.

I can assure you this is not typical. Probably an error from somebody new or burned out. I go to this place a lot and I am not dissatisfied nor disappointed. But there is no escape from human error. I would say try to give them a chance to correct and redeem themselves.

They must have thought you just said veggie we have a cold veggie that is just what you said...grill veggie wrap is what you wanted...go back they will remake if u didnt eat it or have reciept ..🤗
