Where do I drop enterprise car rental and keys

Just follow the signage back to the car drop-off. An parking attendant will come and pick your keys up and fill out your paper work

Since the construction is going on now, the ways are bit confusing, which is there at present with Google maps. However, you can follow the signages. And reach the enterprise car rental, i think which is there in 2nd floor.... Once reach there the attendant will guide you where to park... Then he will check the car condition and sing you off...
