We have a flight on Sunday morning Boston Airport at 5:30 a.m. Will we be able to drop the car off at around 3:30- 4:00 am. Will we need a shuttle to get to the airport?

Yes, that should work. We did drop-shuttle-checkbags-security-gate in about an hour last Sunday.

There are a number of shuttles T running from the rental drop off area to Logan terminal. Allow 15 min. Checking using Hertz was very fast.
