No they don't do oil changes. They do sell motor oil inside the warehouse. The only service's the Tire Center's performs are: new tire replacement, flat repairs (only Costco bought tires), road hazard warranties (Costco bought tires), tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) service's such as sensor replacement, TPMS reprogramming, and replacing TPMS service packs.
