Best place to store your items and furniture! Clean place, staff is communicative and friendly. I had my storage for about a year. Felix the prior manager was very informative and helpful. He explained the sizes and ins/outs. So sad he retired :( Other staff at this location is also helpful! :D My overall experience was great! Will store here again!

Norbert, who isn’t normally at the Dedham location, was so amazing to work with. He was filling in for someone but made the entire process smooth and relatively quick but very thorough. He was very patient with all of my questions. Very pleased with the facility and the service
