I have reported one of their drivers for reckless driving. The driver rode my bumper in a 35 mph zone in a thickly settled area of Lexington, MA. He then pulled into a left turn only lane and passed me and another car in an intersection (he used the turn-only lane to perform an illegal pass). The driver was male and in his 50s. His driving endangers people’s lives and he should be disciplined. The van’s license plate is 74792 and the rear doors of the van are dented.

Like many here, also haven’t used this service, but one of their vans hit my mirror while driving in traffic to cut me off on a one-lane road in Cambridge. Had planned to inform the company, but from the looks of these reviews, the driver might be awarded employee of the month.

Never actually used the service, but I just got high beamed, cut off, and flipped off for being in a line in the fast lane. Not really anywhere for me to go when there's traffic. Would never use this service if this is how their drivers drive.

I just encountered an extremely rude and unsafe driver from BR (Best Ride) The driver speed up when I pull out, I had plenty of time, in front of her. She then proceeded to tailgate me while flipping me off. She pulled out her phone started texting and videoing me all while driving. This happened at 7:50 am 5/25/2021 at the corner of Heard St & Oxford St in Worcester. Plate # 78671. She then turned into Seven Hills on Hope Ave. I would not trust a family member or anyone for that matter in a vehicle with aggressive drivers like this women.
