I pre-paid for a UHaul storage unit but ended up having to find an alternative quickly, after the customer service was so bad. While driving on the highway, I contacted Extra Space and I experienced the exact opposite of my uhaul experience. The agent was so kind and professional that I commended him at the end of our call and he said helping people is his goal. The unit was clean. The app made everything super easy. Absolutely no complaints.
