Has anyone here ever experienced snapping scapula syndrome? I’ve been dealing with an ongoing problem with a painful clicking in my right shoulder blade, and I’ve been out of work since may, and about to get a second opinion..

See Dr. Todd Shatynski - he'll get to the root of the problem and he gives EXCELLENT cortisone shots!!

They have all been amazing and knowledgeable Drs, and between my daughter and myself, we have seen 4 or 5 different ones. I have faith if it is orthopedic in origin? They will find it. Also, as a massage therapist myself, don't overlook that it may also be originated from muscle issues.

The grinding and snapping came from overuse of the scapula while working and doing daily things , and the bad thing is now I finally have an appointment with them next month, but from doing physical therapy, at home because my therapy is almost up, I injured the left side and the grinding developed from a rhomboid muscle strain, now i have snapping scapula syndrome on both sides , and it’s taken such a big toll on my life.. has anyone here ever been through snapping scapula ? It would be awesome to talk to someone who lives with it as well so I don’t feel so alone.. it’s such a downer and the pain is unbearable most days.. just when therapy was helping my right side , my left side developed it too..
