I have a question when a doctor refuses to listen to you isn’t that poor patient care? When a doctor doesn’t want to hear what you have to say because your just a number isn’t that poor patient care. The techs and nurses hang up and are worse

I have been to the bone & joint center multiple times. I have only experienced top notch doctors and medical staff.

I'm sorry for the actions, of the Dr / staff. I am a retired Nurse. Yes, it is poor care. You should have the say in your care. If they don't listen to you, find another Dr. Have one that is open to your concerns. But also remember, that a lot of Dr in this area have an amount of people they have to see per day. With the Larger systems, Albany Med, Saint Peters ect. They have to triple book to keep their numbers meaning us to keep with the Company. Make sure you, are doing what you are supposed to be doing. The Bone and Joint center have many Specialest you most likely be able to find someone there. Ask for a different one if you are not happy.

I have been there several times had 4 surgeries .I have never had a problem with anyone at the Bone and Joint Center.
