Definitely a private course,
Semi-private...must be playing with a member...or thru one of the many open tournaments hosted here by various organizations/charities.
Its sort of private. You need a member to invite you, but Local Club Corp clubs allow quite a bit of outside play through groups, leagues and special sales. East Lake has less than others in this area
