Looks like these people working at this Starbucks don’t know what they’re doing. Asked for a venti Latte,instead got a drink that had no coffee at all,the drink was white! She remake the drink come out the same,I had to purchase an extra shot to make it better! The button line is that,When I finish my coffee, I find the sugar wrapper at the bottom of the cup. That made my stomach sick.

Ordered a Java Chip Frapp and got a Java Chip Frapp minus the Chip part. They're normally very good at getting it right, though.
