There is a passport processing center at this location. However, you need to make an appointment. You may possibly schedule online, but my advice is to go and make an appointment in person. All passport centers follow the same procedures for new and renewals. Since your wife's passport was stolen, there may be additional firms/paperwork to complete. I'm confident this location can help you. Again, I recommend making an appointment, which may require you to actually schedule in person. Good luck!

Call the Postmaster General. Those boxes are the property of the U.S Postal Service and as such you must contact your town's post office and request assistance.

Many Post Offices take passport photos. Give them a call to confirm that this location is one that can!
