I am coming for the spring training and wondered is there a box office at the stadium to buy tickets, or is there a web sight to buy them.

Best to buy them ahead, especially for popular games. There are usually scalpers around the park too

I got my tickets from Stub Hub, but there is a box office. Scalping tickets isn't illegal in Florida, so there's people selling tickets outside the stadiums too.
