From the moment I first toured this building, I was a big fan. Many of the other luxury apartment buildings I visited featured broken facilities, dirty hallways, poorly managed public areas. The Artisan is kept spotless. Sally not only made my application and correspondence easy, she also has helped me connect in the community. Living at the Artisan, I've been happy with the quality of my apartment, the quietness despite the vibrancy of the location in Dunedin. Love living in downtown Dunedin! 5/5 would recommend.
