This location is awesome I have never had a problem here the place is very busy but always manage to give great customer service
I Wana know how they get the silverware in the bag without touching the part you put into your mouth?.
Horrible!! Picked up an order (2 Blondies), the ice cream was milk and none of the toppings for the blondie were there.... their response is to come back and they will replace it - they don’t “give refunds” so essentially I should pay for something that was incomplete and I did not eat unless I drive back to them for them to fix their error... I have left 2 messages with their area director, Rodney Campbell, over the past week and have yet to receive a call back. Sadly, this is not the first order they’ve messed up but it will be my last time ordering. Save your money and go to a restaurant where the food isn’t artificial and the service is, at least, tolerable.
I always have good service at bigbend Applebees why either I eat or just there 4 drinks
