Hi Sam, The syrup doesn't have an expiration date, but the Best By date represents our quality guarantee period, which is 2 years from the bottling date. The first 6 digits are the date and the last character represents the day's production, with A for the 1st batch, B for the 2nd batch, and so on. the code on your bottle means 10/12/19 and the final letter "O" means it was from the 15th batch bottled on 10/13/17. Sorry if that was confusing. Please be sure to refrigerate after opening to avoid mold. If you want to, you can also freeze it and it will last indefinitely.
