What do I do if a machine ruins my towels? I ran a load of white towels that came out of the wash with dark brown stains in the design of the metal holes of the drum. I tried calling the number listed on Google and it is out of service.

One number is out of service. The other is the plumber's number in case of emergency. The plumber told me he would reach out to the owner but I have not heard back.
