This is place is a dump. I find it very ironic that they have 4 brand new signs out front telling people they will get towed if they park here for any other reason than to do their laundry. Look around and not much money has been invested elsewhere into the upkeep or beautification of this property. I'm actually shocked that College Park doesn't demand this property be better kept or turned into something else. The place is just ancient. Kind of gives you the feeling your clothes would come out smelling worse than they did when they went in. Another laundry mat on the southern end of Edgewater in College Park is much much better and they open at 7:30 because the hard working owners know how to get out of bed at a reasonable time.

I grew up around this place and I always loved the atmosphere. I played in the play area and did my laundry here as a kid. Love you papa. This place means a lot to me and so do you 💜
