I know who you're talking about. Yeah, I don't know what happened to the guy, but the lady is a bit more sterner. I mean, being stern is not necessarily bad for business, as long as it's reasonable. I've dealt with her, but we conversed well too. Have you tried speaking with her before you mentioned her on here? Does she understand how you feel?
